 William 'Bill' Zelen of Duluth passed away very peacefully Thursday, Aug. 4, 2016, in Diamond Willow in Duluth, surrounded by his family. Bill Zelen was born on Sept. 5, 1947, to Frank and Lucille Zelen. He graduated from Duluth East in 1965, and went on to obtain his masters from the University of North Dakota in 1970.
